Sourcing of an item requires a deposit to ensure purchase of said item. This is usually 20% of the total cost of the item but may change at our discretion. The deposit must be paid before the item is sourced and no sourcing will commence till this is received.

The deposit you make as stated above, must be received before the shoes are sourced in. This deposit will then be taken off the total remaining balance for the shoes once they have arrived and have been checked by our team to ensure they are authentic. We allow a two-week period between the shoes arriving and the remainder of the balance to be paid off. Failure to do so within the given time frame will result in you losing your deposit.

Unlike the majority of items on our store, both the deposit and the shoes sourced in are deemed non-refundable. This is due to us making a special order request to fulfill your order, therefore the deposit and the shoes are non-refundable no matter the circumstances.
