What is Sourcing?

Sourcing is when you are after an item we currently don't have in stock but are able to find from our large network of suppliers. Every sourced pair is sent to us first for authentication from our elaborate team with over 6 years experience!

How does Sourcing Work?

Step 1: Request

A sourcing request is received by our team through our website or through our Social Media.

Step 2: Confirmation

The team gets back to your request with a price and a timeframe for the item you are after and a deposit (usually 20% of item cost) is taken to ensure purchase of item.

Step 3: Item Ordered

After the deposit is paid, the item will be ordered in within the time frame stated and you will be updated along the way!

Please note: items are sent to us first to check for authenticity. Upon inspection if the pair does not pass our standards another pair will be sourced in and you will be contacted. Please view our Sourcing policy for full details.

Step 4: Delivery

If the item passes quality checks you will be contacted for the remainder of the balance. After this has been received, your pair will be on the way to you, as simple as that!
